Connecting the digital recorder to a PC
The serial interface »
RS 232
« allows you to connect to a PC. To do
this, you need a serial cable with a 1:1 assignment, i.e. all the pins
are directly connected. Depending on the PC, the cable needs either
a 9- or a 15-pin D-SUB socket, and a 9-pin D-SUB plug for connec-
tion to the recorder.
You can use this connection for software updates.
