7. Playback

To play back a dictation, press the »PLAY/
PAUSE« button. 
– The current recording is played back. 
– The display shows the remaining playing

time of the current recording (backward
counting).

To play back a certain dictation, it is neces-
sary to first open the folder »A« or »B«
using the »MENU« button, and then to select
the desired dictation using the »+VOL–«
button.

Playback volume

Adjust the desired playback volume using
the »+VOL–« button.
– The display shows the set volume level.

Playback pause

During playback, press the »PLAY/PAUSE«
button. 
– The »

« symbol flashes in the display.

Press the »PLAY/PAUSE« button again to
continue playback.

Playback end

Press the »STOP« button to end playback.
– When the end of the last dictation is 

reached, the machine switches automati-
cally in normal operating mode.
