PROBLEM

Pump does not dispense grease
Air pockets/trapped air inside grease
Follow Priming steps
Follower plate got stuck
Open the drum cover and resettle the follower plate.
Very thick grease mainly in winter
Warm the grease bucket a little
Contaminants causing blockage
Open the drum cover and remove the blockage
Grease leaks from top of the Pump head
Worn piston O-ring
Replace the O-ring.
CONNECTING THE GREASE COUPLER
The Grease Coupler provided at the end of the nozzle has jaw
type construction. The coupler jaws will snap on to a grease
fitting and maintain a tight fit.
1.
When connecting the coupler to a grease fitting, press the
coupler straight on to the grease fitting to form a snug
fit.
2. Once greasing is completed, slightly tilt the coupler, twist
and pull back.
3. The tilt and twist action will allow easy removal of the
coupler from the grease fitting.

CAUTIONS
1.
Do not point the discharge nozzle towards yourself or
anyone as there is a potential hazard for injection into the
skin or eyes.
2. Before operating the pump check the hose for signs of
wear, leaks or loose connections. If hose is weak, worn or
damaged, replace the hose immediately.
3. In case of an accident, immediately seek medical attention.
Do not try to treat the injury yourself.
