Important Information
ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE
Following these instructions helps ensure proper assembly of your end
frame. Steps outlining assembly are as follows:
1. Verify all parts are included in shipment. Notify Customer Service for
questions or concerns.
2. Read these instructions and all additional documentation included with
shipment
before
you begin.
3. Gather the tools, bracing, ladders (and lifts), and assistants needed to
assemble end frame.
4. Check weather
before
you install end frame cladding (additional
purchase required).
Do not install cladding on a windy or stormy day.
5. Assemble end frame.
6. Read care and maintenance information (below).
7. Complete and return all warranty information as instructed (if present).
UNPACK AND IDENTIFY PARTS
The following steps help ensure you have all parts
before
you begin.
1. Unpack shipment and place where you can easily inventory parts. Refer
to Bill of Materials/Spec Sheets.
2. Verify all parts listed on Bill of Materials/Spec Sheets are present. If
anything is missing or you have questions, consult all diagrams for
clarification, or contact Customer Service.
NOTE:
At this time, you do not need to open the plastic bags containing
smaller parts such as fasteners and clamps.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Proper care and maintenance is important. Check these items periodically:
• Inspect all components regularly and frequently.
• Check connections and all fasteners to verify they remain tight and in
good repair.
• Do not climb or stand on shelter or end frame.
• Remove debris and objects that may accumulate on the shelter. Use
tools that will not damage the cover (if equipped) when removing debris.
• Remove snow to prevent excess accumulation. Use tools that will not
damage the cover (if equipped) when removing snow.
Never allow
snow to accumulate on the cover or along sides and end panels after
removing snow.

Replace all worn or damaged parts promptly.
CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED MATERIALS
Concrete is required to anchor end wall vertical columns. Concrete is not
supplied and can be purchased locally. Anchor base plates to concrete slab
or piers; end wall supports without base plates are set below grade and an-
chored to site using concrete.
WARNING:
The individuals assembling this end frame are responsible
for designing and furnishing all temporary bracing, shoring and support
needed during the assembly process. For safety reasons, those who are
not familiar with recognized construction methods and techniques must
seek the help of a qualified contractor.
