Suggestions & Notes
Do not install your fuselage motor mount plate until you have marked the location of the rear of the motor
with your prop and adapter installed to set the prop in the center of the prop slot.
The motor should be installed in the horizontal and vertical center of the fuselage.
The prop slot width can accommodate up to a 2.50 inch prop.
If different servos are used you may need to measure the servos and adjust the size of the openings
in the Landing Skids to match the dimensions of your servos.
The front of the fuselage access panel uses a Plastic Tab and the rear uses a Magnet.
A Motor Mount Template and a Vertical Stabilizer Angle Jig are included in the plans.
All Paper was removed from the Foam Board except the Bottom of the Wing Plate and Top of the Wing Plate
except where the KF2 Airfoil is installed.
The Fuselage on this Plane is not Score & Fold. The Fuselage will be Assembled from completely separate
Parts as the Paper has been removed to save weight.
The Pins for the Vertical Stabilizers and Landing Skids were fabricated from 2mm diameter Tooth Picks ;-)
I cut them to 8mm in length and insert 4mm into the Vertical Stabilizers and Landing Skids and 4mm into the
Wing Plate, glued of course.
The Pins for the Top Nose Panel are only 4mm in length as they are just for alignment for the Fuselage. So only
2mm inserted into the Top Nose Plate and 2mm inserted into the Fuselage Side Panels.
You can use whatever you want for Pins but they should be 2mm in diameter or less.
