If router unexpectedly moves or router
bit contacts router plate or V-rails dur-
ing operation, serious personal injury
could result from the router bit or flying
debris. ALWAYS make sure router is firmly
attached to router plate before beginning
operations.
IMPORTANT: When positioning router on router
plate, take into account access to router controls,
such as variable-speed dial, depth adjustments,
and other locks or levers. Ensure these controls
do not interfere with handles on router plate
assembly.
To install router:
1. Review table in Figure 17 to determine cor-
rect screws and hole pattern for router.
2. Remove screws and face plate from router.

3. Attach router to router plate using screws
determined in
Step 1 (see Figure 18).
Installing Router
The router plate on the Model T32537 features
a series of pre-drilled holes that are designed to
match the hole patterns found on a wide variety
of routers. Match your router with the hole number
and screw size in the table below.
