Assembly of the Tuscan Grill
: Remove the two wing
nuts located on either side of the grill and pull out the
two locking screws.

: The wooden handles are
snugged up to the plate to reduce rattling during shipping.
Loosen them now to free up the grill. Swing the grill open
with the handle warning facing upright.

Assembly of the Tuscan Grill
: Unscrew the two handles and
reverse them to reattach them to the grill’s frame. The locking
wing nuts can be used to adjust the handle length.

Assembly of the Tuscan Grill
: With the grill support
in an upright position, realign the screw holes and
secure the grill using the locking screws and wing
nuts. Then if you want, you can use the Tuscan Grill
directly on a flat fire.
