The Grillandia Barbecues benefit from a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty includes
manufacturing defects and defects derived from the use accordingly to this manual.
Any claim during the warranty period shall be sent to the agent which sold the equipment. All the Grillandia
Barbecues have a single serial number on the label located on the pellets lid. Please indicate your equipment’s
model and serial number when contacting the technical assistance.
In the case of repairments under the warranty, you should present the equipment’s purchase proof with
the date, signature and name of the reseller. The warranty does not bear the costs of the labor, disassembly,
transport and reassembly of the equipment or its components.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damages during the transport.
- Damages to other goods or people that might arise from the use of the BBQ.
- Damages that might arise from the incorrect use of the equipment – you may avoid this by reading this
manual carefully.
- Damages that arise from the non-compliance with this manual.
- Damages that arise from the lack of maintenance or cleaning of the equipment.
- Damages that arise from the equipment’s exposure to bad weather (weather conditions such as intense
rain, hail or snow).
- Damages that arise from the equipment’s exposure to chemicals.
- Damages that arise from other non-indicated fuels
This warranty will be void with respect to equipment that is subject to unauthorized repairs or modifications.
The barbecue is supplied with wearing components which must be replaced due to the equipment’s use.
These components are not covered by the warranty. – Their replacement frequency depends on the use,
cleaning and maintenance of each barbecue. The wearing components are: Flavourizer, flame deflector and
sealing cord.
If any of these components require replacement, contact your reseller.
