2. MAINTENANCE AFTER 3 TO 5 USES

Vacuum the ashes inside

It is recommended that, after 3 to 5 uses (depending on the type of use), you clean the following components.
This is a crucial component for the good operation
of your BBQ ROTA. Therefore, we recommend its
regular cleaning. To clean this component, use a
specific BBQ’s brush.
After finishing the maintenance of the flame deflector
(2.1), you should vacuum the ashes placed on the BBQ
ROTA sides.
NOTE / We strongly recommend the cleaning of the INOX areas after every use. The accumulated dirt may cook
on the metal and leave spots. Use a specific cleaning product for this purpose.
NOTE / We recommend that you cover the BBQ ROTA with a specific cover when you are not using it. Make sure
it is turned off and cold before doing so.
NOTE / If it is stored outside, make sure no water touches the pellets.
NOTE / During this maintenance, make sure to include the indications on point 1, concerning the
MAINTENANCE AFTER EACH USE .
