Once the table is at the chosen spot, secure it in place using the brakes on the casters (4) and fill the
tank (1) with water by following the procedure below�

The water tank is loosely inserted in the table� It must be secured against falling
if you wish to transport the table� If needed, you can remove the tank before
transport� Keep the table in a horizontal position during transport�
Replacing the Grid
After a time, the grid will start showing signs of wear: burnt holes and cuts on the most frequently
used surfaces� Replace the grid once visible signs of wear start showing� Otherwise, the cut material
may not be placed properly on the grid�
Pull the damaged grid out of the table by pulling upwards and to the side� The grid weighs
ca� 15 kg� The grid may have sharp edges�

Filling and Draining the Tank
The water tank is used to collect slag and waste created during cutting� The water must be replaced
if it is turbid or polluted� Drain the water using the drain valve� Once the water is drained, remove
solid particles and dirt from the tank and clean the drain valve of sediment�
To fill the tank with water, connect a hose to the drain valve and secure it with a screw-on collar to
prevent the hose from falling off or leaking� You can also fill the tank from above through the grid� If
you are filling the tank through the grid, secure the hose so that the water does not leak outside the
tank�
Maximum water level from the top of the tank is 3 cm�
Minimum water level is 5 cm from the bottom of the tank; otherwise, melted material might
damage the tank�
