Before you start a software update, there is something you need to do in order to get started.

Connect the bike to the charger

Connect the bike to network
Once all these conditions are met, the bike will confirm and enable the next step.
If the network hasn’t been set up earlier, if the login credentials have been changed or if you want
to choose a different access point, please do so now otherwise you won’t be able to proceed.
Once you start the software update, you’ll be guided through the steps needed to achieve it.
If everything goes as expected, you’ll get a notification as shown below. Otherwise, you’ll be
instructed what to do. Please proceed accordingly.
When disconnected from the USB-C cable,
the app turns into a remote control system:
send your bike text messages, check the
charge level, adjust the support modes, re -
mote camera access to see what’s going on
around the bike when you’re not there, an
alarm that’s triggered as soon as the bike is
moved, and a kill-switch to completely shut
the bike down if someone has stolen it.
