WARNING NOTES:

The appliance is not intended for use by young
children or infirm persons unless they have been
adequately supervised by a responsible person to
ensure that they can use the appliance safely.
Young children should be supervised to ensure
that they do not play with the appliance.

Siting Notes:

Where an open-flued oil or gas-

fuelled appliance is installed in the kitchen,
extract ventilation can cause the spillage of flue
gases. Care must be taken to ensure ventilation
is reduced appropriately, as set out in the
Building Regulations. Kitchens with solid-fuel
appliances should not have extract fans fitted.

The fan should not be sited where it is subject to
a direct source of heat in excess of 40˚C.

Operation

The S200 range of fans are available with various
control options suited to kitchen, bathroom and
toilet applications

SK200A

– Dual speed operation, continuous at low

speed, boost via remote switch, light switch or pull cord.

SK200B2

– Dual speed operation by pull cord,

remote switch or light switch.

SK200MA

– Dual speed operation with humidistat

to low speed with adjustable overrun timer to further
reduce humidity. Manual operation by pull cord,
remote switch or light switch to full speed, without
overrun timer.

SK200T

– Single speed operation by pull cord,

remote switch or light switch with overrun timer for
adjustable time period.

WARNING: Fan must be isolated from mains
electricity supply before carrying out any
maintenance.

The fan and grille may now be cleaned using a
brush or damp cloth. 

Do not immerse in water.

The filter may be cleaned in warm soapy water –

ensure filter is dry before re-fitting to fan.

NOTE: CLEANING OF THE SK200MA MUST BE
CARRIED OUT BY A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN.

Ducting

External Grille

The unit can be mounted to the

wall either by rear entry or side

entry depended on mounting

position and access to the outside.

The unit can be mounted in any

orientation to suit the room space.

When installing wall mounted fans,

ensure that there are no buried

cables or pipes in the way. It is

recommended that this fan is

mounted 2.3m above floor level.
