• Exhausting of stale air accumulated in the building from
the return air duct of the air handler.
• Supply air supplied to the return air duct of the air
handler unit down stream of the exhaust air.
• Insure the ERV runs in conjunction with air handler unit
• ERV airflow must be balanced according to the
building’s airflow requirements
