Picking-up the HXF on the front loader.
Dismantle the HXF from the pallet (4 hexagon head wood screws). Gently drive the front loader into the hooks
and lift the HXF
Lock the front loader’s locking mechanism and lift the HXF from the pallet...
Do not ever go under a machine or a front loader without it being
adequately supported.
Connecting hoses and (any) cables
The number of hoses and wires varies depending on the amount of equipment supplied with
the HXF.
Standard HXF:
3 hoses (pressure, return and drain)
Standard HXF with cylinder
3 hoses (pressure, return and drain) + 1 double acting
for angle adjustment:
hydraulic outlet (pressure and return)
HXF with electro-hydraulic control: 3 hoses (pressure, return and drain) + 1 cable
connection
for the steering box in the driver’s cab.
All hoses and wires must be drawn and mounted so that they can move
freely with the movements of the front loader, without dislodging or
otherwise damaging the machine or the equipment.
For HXFs with electric-hydraulic control, the control panel must be mounted in a suitable
place in the driver's cab (see the HXF user manual)
It must be ensured that all the switches on the box are in the off position
before the power is connected.
