Tool start
•
Wear safety glasses and work gloves.
•
Choose low motor rpm.
•
Make sure that the area surrounding the tool is secure.
•
Warm start
– Start the tool
•
Cold start
– never start at max rpm. Let the tool run unloaded for approx. 15 minutes
to warm up the oil.
•
Slowly increase the rpm until the proper oil flow is achieved.
•
Never try to restart an overworked tool. Stop the tool and the machine engine. Remove
the ignition key and engage the hand break. Only then is it safe to remove wedges and
debris. Remember to wear safety glasses and work gloves.
