CMS-750 COMPOST AND MANURE SPREADER OPERATION MANUAL

MAINTENANCE

Remove debris after each use to 
 prevent jamming.
• Conveyor sprockets
• Rear gate tracks
Clean as necessary and before using 
a new fill. 

Cleaning

Check both conveyor and drive chain 
tension after first use. Repeat every 
3-6 months. Lubricate drive chain 
every 3-6 months.

Inspect wheels for any environmental 
damage sustained – intervals vary to 
specific terrains. Minimum every 6 
months.  
Wheel inflation pressure: 34PSI

Chains

Wheels

Check top and bottom spinner belt 
tension after first use. Repeat every 
3-6 months.

Belts

Lubricate jockey wheel pivot every 
6-12 months depending on frequency 
of use.

Jockey Wheel

We recommend inspecting all 
 elements before and after every  
use, after long storage and after any  
transfer or freight.
