Insert the Left One Handlebar Cap (114) and Left Two Handlebar Cap (115) over the Left Upright (19) and secure in 
place using two M4 x 20 Screws (112) and M8 x 15 Screws (113).  Insert the Right Two Handlebar Cap (116) and 
Right One Handlebar Cap (117) over the Right Upright (20) and secure in place using two M4 x 20 Screws (112) and
