Printing the Current Temperature
Press the
button to print at anytime. The
icon appears briefly. Time is in the 24-
hour format. The print format is as follows:
Line 1: hour:minute:second
month–day
Line 2: thermocouple mode
thermocouple type
value
temperature units
Setting Up Interval Printing
Interval printing, date, and time are configured through the
MENU
button. The configuration
remains in memory and can be changed as needed. However, if you enable interval printing
through the
MENU
button (which limits the function to 24 hours), you will need to enter start
and stop times if they are different than the stored times.
Notes:
Use the or buttons to increase or decrease the flashing digit or to scroll through choices.
Pressing and releasing the buttons increases or decreases the value slowly. Pressing and
holding the buttons increases or decreases the value quickly.
After completing a step, use the button to advance to the next configuration or the button
to return to a previous configuration. The next parameter will flash on the display.

Turn the meter on.

Press the
MENU
button. The
icon appears and “00” flashes.
3.
To enable interval printing, press the button until “01” appears (“01” enables interval
printing; “00” disables interval printing).
4.
When the thermocouple type flashes, press the or button to scroll through the
choices.
5.
When the temperature unit (
°
C or
°
F) flashes, scroll through the choices.
6.
When “HI ALARM” and the first digit(s) of the value flash, set the value at which the meter
will generate an alarm. Also set the last digits.
7.
When “LO ALARM” and the first digit(s) of the value flash, repeat the previous step to set
the low alarm value.
8.
When “TIME INTV” appears, set the frequency that you want to print the reading, in
hours, minutes, and seconds.
9.
When “ TIME” appears, set the time when interval printing is to start, in hours and
minutes. Time is entered in the 24-hour mode.
