MAINTENANCE
Good maintenance will extend the life of the machine. Prolonged or constant use may require more intensive
maintenance for the machine to continue to function properly.
ATTENTION:
Make sure the engine is completely shut down before performing any maintenance
or repair. This will eliminate any potential risk.
For safety, clean the appliance every three months. Before putting the appliance into operation, check the filter and
nozzle for impurities. After the cleaning operation is complete, make sure that there is no water left in the pump and
hose.
TROUBLESHOOTING

start up
The plug is not plugged in or the power outlet
is defective
Check the plug and socket.
The main voltage is not sufficient, it is lower
than the minimum required.
Check that the main voltage is correct.
The thermal safety switch has been switched off.
Switch off the appliance and allow the engine
to cool down for a few minutes.
Pressure
fluctuation
The pump sucks in air.
Check that hoses and connections are tight.
Valves are dirty, worn or blocked. The pump
seals are worn.
Clean them, replace them, or check with the
seller.
Water leaks
from the pump
The seals are worn.
Check them, replace them, or check with the
seller.
The engine
stops suddenly
The thermal safety switch has been switched
off due to overheating.
Check that the voltage of the socket
corresponds to the voltage indicated in the
specifications. Turn off the main unit and
allow it to cool for a few minutes.
Pump does
not reach
the required
pressure
The water inlet filter is clogged.
Clean the water inlet filter.
The pump draws air from the connections or
hoses.
Check that all supply connections are securely
fastened.
Suction/discharge valves are clogged or worn.
Check that all supply connections are securely
fastened.
The delivery valve is blocked.
Clean or replace valves.
The lancet nozzle is not inserted properly or is
worn.
Loosen and retighten the screws. Check and/
or replace them.
