MAINTENANCE
Good maintenance will extend the life of the machine. Prolonged or constant use may require more intensive
maintenance for the machine to continue to function properly.
ATTENTION:
Make sure the engine is completely shut down before performing any maintenance
or repair. This will eliminate any potential risk.
•
Use a damp cloth with water and some mild soap to clean the tool. Never allow liquids to get inside.
•
Do not allow dust and dirt to enter the ventilation outlets.
•
Do not use solvent substances that can damage the plastic parts.
•
It is not necessary to grease the drill.
TROUBLESHOOTING
The table includes some of the most common problems, their causes and remedies.
PROBLEM
POSSIBLE CAUSE
SOLUTION
Screwdriver does
not turn on
• The battery is not properly installed.
• The battery is not charged.
• Insert the battery again.
• Check battery charging requirements.
Battery does not
charge
• The battery is not properly inserted
into the charger.
• The charger is not plugged in.
• Ambient temperature is too hot or
too cold.
• Connect the battery to the charger until the
red light is on.
• Plug the charger into a working outlet.
• Move the charger and battery to an
ambient temperature above 4.5°C or below
40.5°C.
The screwdriver
suddenly turns off
• The battery has reached the
maximum thermal limit.
• No more load.
• Wait for the battery to cool down.
• Put it in the charger and charge it.
