Remove the exhaust filter (120) (see “Exhaust Filter” in page 11).
Drain the oil.
Remove the oil filter (100).
Make sure that materials and components to be treated as special
waste have been separated from the vacuum pump.
Make sure that the vacuum pump is not contaminated with harmful
foreign material.
As declared in this manual, the latest technology is adopted, so the
used material of vacuum pump is non-hazardous.
Dispose of the used oil in compliance with applicable regulations.
Dispose of special waste in compliance with applicable regulations.
Dispose of the vacuum pump as scrap metal.

dismantling or installing exhaust filter.
