7. Begin workout
:
7.1.
Speed or incline will change automatically according to the program setting.
7.2.
Speed or incline change 2 minutes per segment if time is count up mode, else, time of
segment change = set time / 16.
7.3.
You can use any speed or incline key or device to change present speed or incline.
7.4.
It will process the cool down program before end of workout if time counts down to 0
