6.3 Function Introduction
1 Applicable Range
This is suitable for top discharge window type units.
2 Basic Functions
2.1 Cooling Mode
2.1.1 Working Conditions and Process of Cooling

and the fan will run at setting speed.

2.1.2 In this mode, the temperature setting range is 61°F~86°F (16°C~30 °C).
2.2 Energy Saving Mode
2.2.1 Working conditions and process of energy saving

+2°F (1 °C), the compressor will be started and the fan will run at the setting speed.

-2°F (1°C ),the compressor will be stopped, and the indoor fan will also be stopped after running at setting speed
for 60s.

d) When the unit turn to the energy saving mode at the first time and compressor is OFF, then the indoor fan will be stopped after

2.2.2 In this mode, the temperature setting range is 61°F~ 86°F( 16 °C~30°C) .
2.3 Fan Mode
2.3.1 In this mode, the compressor will be stopped while the fan is running at setting speed.
2.3.2 In this mode, the FAN MODE LED is bright and temperature is unadjustable.
2.3.3 In this mode, there isn’t auto fan. If the previous working mode is the fan mode switched from auto fan , it will run at high speed
when it turns to fan mode at the first time.
2.4 .Heating Mode
2.4.1.Heating Conditions and Process (compressor and heat electric can’t run at the same time)
A. Heat pump and electric heating unit

-2°F (1°C), the compressor will run to heat, meanwhile, the 4-way valve, indoor fan motor,
outdoor fan motor and compressor will operate. When T

operation time of compressor, compressor and outdoor fan motor stops, electric heater is on 1S later. Once electric heating mode

2.4.2 In this mode, the temperature setting range is 61°F~86°F(16°C~30°C).
3 Other Functions
3.1 Buzzer
When energization and operation, the buzzer will give out a beep.
3.2 Sleep
a) In cooling and energy saving mode, the setting temperature will increase by 2°F (1 °C) in 1 hour after sleep setting and increase by 4°F
(2°C ) in total in 2 hours. After this 2 hours , the setting temperature won’t increase any more and t he temperature setting upper limit is
86°F (30°C )
b) In heating mode, the setting temperature will decrease by 2°F (1°C ) in 1 hour after sleep settingand decrease by 4°F (2°C ) in total
in 2 hours. After this 2 hours, the setting temperature won’t decrease any more and the temperature setting lower limit is 61°F (16 °C)
