When setting the circuit breaker at

"ON", it will be tripped off immediately

When the A/C is turn to "ON", the circuit

breaker will be tripped off in a few minutes

Ground and measure the insulation

resistance, confirm whether the A/C

is leaking or short circuit

Insulation malfunction for A/C's circuit
or parts. The insulation will be brokendown
after heating and then it leads to short-circuit
or leakage. Measure the insulation resis-
tance; malfunction of circuit breaker and

please replace the circuit breaker.

No power supply

Check the power supply circuit

The power plug hasn't been inserted

well or poor connection

Check and insert the plug well

Controller's fuse is burnt out

Replace the fuse of controller

Wire connection of the transformer is

loosened, or the plug hasn't inserted

well, or

malfunction of the transformer

Connect the wire firmly; measure the

output voltage

of transformer, if it's not

correct, then replace the transformer

Controller is broken

Replace the  controller

Battery capacity of the remote controller
 is insufficient

Replace the baterry

Malfunction of the remote controller

Receiving head is loosened or it hasn't
been inserted well

Receiving head is broken

Press AUTO" button of hand swith at

first(or pull the switch to AUTO" if it has no
action, then check it according to the above
method ; If it runs normally after pressing
the button, then check whether the installa-
tion place for receiving head and  the conn-
ection line is correct or not , if  they are
correct, please replace the receiving head

or remote controller

Remote contrller can't
receive the signal( after
energized, the buzzer will
give out a sound, except
the buzeer is broken)

A/C has no action
after it's energized.
(after inserting the plug,
 the buzzer can't give
out a sound and the
A/C can't be turned on
by remote controller

Breaker is tripped over
or the fuse is burnt out

A/C

 can'

8.1 General  Part

Notice
1. Preparation before maintenance
Step 1: Firstly, confirm the model of the inverter A/C which needs repairing, and then find out model of main parts that can be damaged
easily and the material encode, especially the controller of outdoor unit;
Step 2: Basing on the malfunction phenomenon reflected by user, judge the parts which needs for replacing initially, and bring those
parts with you for maintenance.
Step 3: As for repairing the inverter A/C, you should not only bring the common tools, such as screwdriver, wrench, etc, but also you
should bring universal meter and ammeter with you.
2. During the maintenance, don’t touch any terminals before the voltage between P and N of power module is measured less than 50V
to avoid electric shock.
3. Before or after the maintenance, you should check whether the users’ power socket, terminal block on indoor/outdoor unit and all
connectors on main board (especially the main board of outdoor unit, power module and PFC module) are loosened or not.
