Wing Coupling Options

At time of initial planter ordering, one of the following
three options must be specified for wing to center section
coupling:

•

Hydraulic Down Pressure

Wing coupling cylinders are actively controlled, and
used to transfer weight to the wings as needed in
challenging light no-till conditions on uneven ground.

Wing Flex

Hydraulic cylinders at the coupling allow the wings to
flex during planting, but keep them level during
folding. This configuration is suitable for most
planting situations.

Wing Lock

Wings are rigidly coupled to center via tie bars. This
configuration is only suitable for planting strictly on
flat ground.
