Install 3-Section Double Tee Block
Refer to Figure 25
143.Thread elbow (adjustable stud) fitting into rear ports of
double tee block . Thread straight (non- adjustable stud)
fittings into left and right ports of double tee block .

Tighten ORB fittings, See “ Install Rebound Valve
and O-Ring Fittings ” on page 22.
Install 5-Section Double Tee Block
Refer to Figure 26
144.Thread elbow (adjustable stud) fitting into rear and
front ports of double tee blocks . Thread straight (non-
adjustable stud) fittings into left and right ports of
double tee block .
145.Fasten MJIC tee’s between hoses as shown.

See “ Install JIC Fittings ” on page 24 for proper
installation.

Tighten ORB fittings, See “ Install Rebound Valve
and O-Ring Fittings ” on page 22
Install Hose Handles
Refer to Figure 27

Hose handles are color coded. See “ Hydraulic Hose
Hookup ” on page 25 for proper placement on hoses.
146.Install fittings to end of hoses running to front of
hitch. Attach poppet fittings to fittings .
147.Tighten ORB fittings, See “ Install Rebound Valve and
O-Ring Fittings ” on page 22.
148.Align the grooves in the front of the hose handles to the
back two ribs of fittings as shown and install the self
threading screws through holes.
149.Route hoses as shown in layout section in “Appendix”.
