Insert the Foot Plugs into the ends of
the Right Frame legs as shown.
Insert the Axle through the axle holes
in the bottom of the Left Frame legs
as shown.
For each end of the Axle, attach a
wheel and tighten the Axle Nut to the
end of the Axle.
After both wheels are attached and
the nuts are securely tightened,
place the Wheel Covers to the
outside of the Wheels.
