Turning On the Handheld

If your Handheld has been turned off, turn it on by pressing the 

Power 

button, which is located on the

lower center of the Handheld’s frame. The first time you power on your Handheld, it should take
approximately 45 seconds to activate.

Instant On/Off

Once the unit is initially powered up, the Handheld will turn on instantly when you press the 

Power

 button,

and turn off instantly when you press the 

Power

 button again. This instant on/off feature is designed to

facilitate work under harsh and unpredictable conditions.
