1. Remove crate top and sides.
2. Remove plastic bag from around unit and
discard.
Models 991240, 991242, 991244, 991246,
991248, 991250, 991252
3. Remove seat from footplate. See
Figure 3.
4. Remove mounting hardware securing
shipping bracket and seat pad to unit.
Discard all parts. See Figure 4.

1. Remove and retain clevis pins and
washers from pivot brackets.
2. Align seat plate with holes in pivot
brackets.
3. Insert clevis pins fully through seat
brackets, pivot brackets and flat washers.
Ensure that self-locking pin extends fully
from clevis pin.
IMPORTANT:
Pins MUST be installed from
the inside facing outward.
