Assembly
NOTE:
A deck lift lock pin ships loose in the literature pack.
This pin helps increase the amount of deck pivot when tilting
the deck into a service position (see
page 13). When not in use, store it with the manuals under
the seat of the power unit.
Mower Installation and Removal
Installation
1. Align the carrier frame with the lift arms on the drive unit.
2. Start the drive unit’s engine and retract the lift cylinder
using the attachment lift switch. Align the drive unit’s lift
arms with the carrier frame using the lift arm up/down
switch, if needed.

you to install the deck with the engine running.
Make sure the parking brake is set and the
safety interlock system is working correctly
before installing the deck.
