Apply a drop of cyano on both sides of each hinge, and quickly push the rudder onto
the hinges, leaving a gap about 0.5 mm wide along the hinge-line.
The fin can now be glued in the slot in the fuselage using UHU hart or UHU wood
glue: apply glue to the support plate in the fuselage and to both sides of the fin, then
push the panel into the slot until it rests squarely on the support plate. Check that the
fin is exactly vertical, and tape it in position as shown while the glue is drying.
Drill 2 mm Ø holes for the rudder horn at the marked points on the rudder, and fix
the horn in place using two pan-head screws and the plastic spreader plate.
