Troubleshooting

Cause of error
Fault rectification
The locking pawl does not
close.
The A-frame is not fully mounted.
Check and correct the mounting of the
equipment.
Incorrect position of the tensioning
hook.
Adjust the tensioning hook.
Dirt or corrosion in the locking
mechanism.
Clean according to the instructions and
spray with corrosion protection agent.
Component damaged, e.g. spring too
soft.
Have it repaired in a specialist workshop.
The locking pawl does not
open.
Equipment A-frame is
overstrained.
Set down the equipment so that it is no
longer overstrained
and try again.
