
Clear call history
: Press on Clear All softkey
to clear the call history
Note:
When users miss a call, the GRP260x will show a notification on the LCD idle screen indicating that a call was missed,
user can check the call history then by pressing on History softkey or ignore the notification by pressing on
softkey.
DIAGNOSIS
Users could access the factory functions menu to diagnose the phone’s hardware/software. To do so please access to LCD
menu under
Factory Functions.

These tools can be used to check the hardware and software status of the phone like verifying the LED, keypad buttons,
Microphone/speaker functionality, certificate verification …etc.
EHS HEADSET
The GRP260x supports a normal RJ9 headset jack (allowing EHS with Plantronics & Jabra & Sennheiser headsets).
Connect EHS Headset (Plantronics) to the GRP260x. To use headset mode, press the headset button on the phone. A headset
icon
will show on the status bar. The EHS headset will ring when there is an incoming call.
RESTORE FACTORY DEFAULT SETTINGS
Restore factory settings using the LCD menu
Please follow the instructions below to reset the phone:
1. Press the MENU button to bring up the keypad configuration menu.
2. Navigate to Settings

Advanced Settings.
3. Select “Factory Reset”.
4. A warning window will pop out to make sure a reset is requested and confirmed.
Press the “Yes” Softkey to confirm and the phone will reboot, or “No” Softkey to cancel the Reset.
Restore to Factory Default via Web GUI
1. Login GRP260X Web GUI.
Warning
Restoring the Factory Default Settings will delete all configuration information on the phone. Please backup or print all the
settings before you restore to the factory default settings. Grandstream is not responsible for restoring lost parameters and
cannot connect your device to your VoIP service provider.
