Assembly Instructions: (cont.)

STEP 4 

Take the free end of the long cross bar attached to the right shoulder and attach to the raised 
hooked support post on the (K) Waist Frame as shown, and secure with included (O) Cotter Pin.

Next, take the free end of the long cross bar attached under the left shoulder and attach to the 
rotating shaft on the motor and secure with included (O) Cotter Pin.

Attach the (M) Shoulder Support as shown.

NOTE: Sensors are Light activated & work best in brighter environments. TIP: For best results, position a light to shine at the sensor so that people will have to pass between the light 
source & the character – their shadow will activate the functions of the character.

STEP 5  

Lower the (E) Jacket down over the (L) Torso Frame & (M) Shoulder Support, and 
leave the back of the (E) Jacket open. Slide the (J) Right Arm up through the right 
sleeve and slide the forked-hook into the right “shoulder” slot housing on the (L) 
Torso Frame. Repeat for the (I) Left Arm. Set the (G) right & left Hands into place 
by sliding the forked-hooks into the “wrist” slot housings on the ends of the arms.

Set the (H) Head onto the (L) Torso Frame by sliding the forked-hook into the “neck” 
slot housing. Carefully connect the wires from the (H) Head to the connecting wires 
from the (L) Torso Frame. Now secure hook & loop closures at the back of the (E) 
Jacket. Wrap the (Q) Collar around his neck and the (R) Belt around his waist and 
fasten the hook & loop closures on each to secure.

Attach the (S) A/C adapter to the power cord routed through the right pant leg & 
plug into a standard power outlet to operate. When plugged into a standard power 
outlet, the motion, lights & sounds are activated by a light-activated sensor.
