D600 Drive/Active/Lux Owner’s Manual
BEFORE FUELING
Check the engine manufacturer’s manual for information about the correct type of fuel be used
for proper and long-term trouble-free operation.
Turn off the engine.
Turn off the ignition.
Be sure to extinguish any open flames.
USING POOR QUALITY OR UNSUITABLE FUEL CAN RESULT IN DAMAGE TO YOUR ENGINE!
IT IS PREFERABLE NOT TO STORE UNUSED FUEL FOR LONG PERIODS IN THE FUEL TANK AND
FUEL SYSTEM AS THIS CAN RESULT IN DAMAGE TO FUEL LINES, PUMPS AND FILTERS.
EXPLOSIVE/FIRE
HAZARD
IF A FUEL LEAK OR FUMES ARE DETECTED, DO NOT START THE ENGINE. ENSURE ALL CREW
LEAVE THE BOAT AND HAVE A QUALIFIED PERSON REPAIR THE DEFECT AS SOON AS
POSSIBLE. NEVER USE A FLAME TO CHECK FOR LEAKS.
