INSTALLATION OF 1010S005 HYDRAULIC PUMP

Removal of Existing Pump

1.  Follow the instructions in this 

section to remove the existing 
pump, shown at near right. If 
installing pump for the irst time, 
proceed to 

INSTALLATION OF 

NEW PUMP

.

2.  Remove the top of the exist-

ing pump from the upper boom 
bracket, as shown at mid-right: 
Use two 

9/16

"

 wrenches to remove 

the hardware that secures top 
of pump to upper boom bracket. 
This will free the pump to rotate 
downward.

3.  Remove the bottom of the exist-

ing pump from the lower mast 
bracket, as shown at far right. Use 
two

"

 wrenches to remove the 

hardware that secures bottom of 
pump to lower mast bracket. This 
will free the pump — take care 
that it does not fall.
