Pump will not prime, or takes
Clogged suction tube strainer
Clean.

Thin; try pouring material into suction tube;
use 3/8” ID hose, if necessary
Inlet valve stuck or damaged
Depress valve gently and pour in 1 teaspoon
mineral spirits. Try to prime pump. Replace
valve if necessary. See Inlet Valve, page 10.
Loose inlet hose nut
Tighten.
Pump will not start
Power cord unplugged
Plug in.
ON/OFF switch turned off
Turn on.
Brushes worn
Check brushes and replace, if necessary.
Damaged motor
Replace. See page 13.
Fuse burned out
Replace. See page 8. If it burns out again soon,
return the system to an authorized repair agency
for repair.
Low or no material flow
Clogged spray tip
Clean thoroughly after each use.
Loose inlet hose nut
Tighten.
