To remove, lower headrest and unhook the pad from back.

Pull the plastic tabs out from the back and sides of the seat.

ڥήࠉөԊ၆ԊӒளྜዀϻᕗޟᚬᆧளȄ٩៖წڥήȄ
Remove the elastic straps from the hooks in the forward-facing belt path. Pull the pad off.
ɏԊ၆ਢȂٷᐃΰक़؏ϞࣺІוᐇհȄ
Reverse the steps to reattach the cover on the headrest.
