20. Connect the upper and lower housings by lining up
the dowel pins (113) in lower housing (101) with the
receiving holes in the upper housing (110). Tighten
the screws (111).
21. Insert the spring (115) in the bottom of the lower
housing (101) and reinstall the spring retainer (112).
Final Reassembly
1.
After all inspections and repairs are completed,
reconnect all fluid lines.
2.
Reconnect the timing valve (22) onto the pump
assembly.
3.
Reconnect all pneumatic lines.
4.
Prime the Pump, on page 18.
5.
Calibrate Chemical Dosage, on page 19, to test for
proper pump operation. The calibration test will
ensure the desired pump stroke is achieved, as well
as, verify proper operation of the check valves.
6.
Compare results from calibration test with previous
notes or the recommended pump settings in Stroke
Adjustment, on page 19.
