For Two Gun Systems
Each line in a two gun system must have a shutoff
valve to relieve fluid pressure if the fluid line becomes
clogged, and to isolate one gun for servicing while the
other is in operation. Director valve 214–711 is recom-
mended for both purposes. Use elbow 100–840 to di-
rect the outlet flow from the drain valve in a safe direc-
tion to a waste container. Use reducer bushings
100–176 and 100–206 to connect the valve to the out-
lets of surge tank 214–624.
In the draining mode, the valve handle is turned away
from the elbow (marked DRAIN on the valve housing);
in the operating mode, the handle is turned toward the
elbow (marked CIRC on the housing).
