Pressure Relief
Procedure Shutdown
1.
Engage piston safety lock.
2.
Set function knob to Stop/Park .
3.
Turn Recirc/Spray valves to Recirc. Fluid will be
dumped to pails. Pumps will move to the bottom
of their stroke. Ensure gauges drop to 0.
For longer breaks (more than 10 minutes), use the
following procedure. If you will be shut down for
more than 3 days, first see Flushing, page 23.

Follow all steps of Pressure Relief Procedure,
at left.
2.
If using an impingement mix gun, close gun fluid
valves A and B. Doing this will keep the internal
parts of the gun cleaner and prevent crossover.
3.
Shut off Heater Power.
4.
Shut off Motor Power.
5.
Shut off Compressor Power (air units only).
6.
Refer to your separate gun manual and perform
the Shutdown procedure.
