2.1. Product description
Your XGP Motorcycle Airbag Vest provides the protection you need in a split second in the
event of a crash. The inflatable protector waistcoat unfolds completely in 0.3 seconds,
protects the back, neck, rump, ribs and chest over a large area and reduces impacts and
forces on the internal organs. The inflatable neck pad reduces the risk of overstretching the
head.
The vest is worn over your usual motorbike clothing and attached to a release strap on the
motorcycle via the integrated rip cord. If the rider is ejected from the vehicle in the event of a
fall, the release force of 300 N (30 kg) is exceeded and the protection mechanism is
activated via the rip cord. The gas flows into the airbags and only escapes slowly after
maximum inflation.
Provided the waistcoat has not been damaged, it can be used again after a fall with
triggering. All that is needed is to insert a new CO
₂
cartridge.
To ensure optimal protection, the airbag vest must be the right size and put on correctly. The
waistcoat can be individually adjusted by means of the adjustable fastening and elastic
straps.
Due to the large cut-outs on the arms and front, heat accumulation is reliably avoided and
freedom of movement on the motorcycle is not restricted.
A CO

cartridge is included in the delivery. The waistcoat is delivered ready for use.
