WAFFLE MAKING TIPS
• Pour waffle batter on entire bottom baking plate - not just in one
spot.
• Different batters may need a little more or a little less batter per
waffle, adjust as needed to get a full waffle.
• To keep the waffles crispy, put the finished waffles on a metal rack
and wait for them to cool down a bit. This will prevent the bottoms
from becoming soggy.
• Once the waffles have cooled on a metal rack, they can be frozen.
Place them in a freezer bag or in an airtight container with wax
paper in between each waffle.
• When making a large quantity of waffles, set the oven to 200° F
and put the baked waffles in the oven to keep them warm.
• A cold waffle can be placed back into the waffle maker for 1-2
minutes to warm it and make it crispy.
