Production residue may be stuck to the food trays and the lids. In order to prevent
risks to one’s health, clean the parts thoroughly before the
fi
rst use and then after
each use to prevent the build-up of germs. For this, please read the notes in the sec-
tion “Cleaning and storage”.
Damage to property and the device

Always place the device on a level, solid, dry and heat-resistant surface with ade-
quate space on all sides.

If necessary, set a base under the device to prevent damage to the surface.
❐
Do not subject the device to extreme temperatures, severe changes in temperature,
direct sunlight or moisture.
❐
Do not allow the device to fall and do not subject it to strong percussions.
❐
Do not use the device continuously for more than 6–8 hours.
❐
When you take the food trays out of the frame, be absolutely sure to set them on a
heat-resistant surface such as a trivet.
❐
Only use accessories that are contained in the product contents or which have been
expressly recommended by the manufacturer.
❐
Do not pull or carry the device by the mains cord.
❐
The device has rubber feet. Some furniture are coated with materials which could
damage the rubber feet. If necessary, place a base under the device to protect the
rubber feet.

Always

rst turn off the device by setting the temperature control to the OFF position
before you insert the mains plug in the socket or pull the mains plug out of the socket.
Warranty conditions
Defects arising due to improper handling, damage or attempts at repair are excluded
from the warranty. This also applies to normal wear and tear.
