Your low cost prepaid Ezichat service is applicable for all calls outside of your local area (please confirm your
local call zone with your local service provider)
ie. Long Distance, Calls To Mobile & International.For Ezichat same area long distance calls, the area prefix is
required ie. 03, 04, 06, 07, 09 to ensure the benefit of Ezichat rates.

• Once your credit balance reaches $5.00 a Recorded Voice Announcement prompts you to

Take advantage of our Auto Recharge Program. Your account will automatically be recharged with a
predetermined amount when your balance drops down to $5.00. Recharge your account with as little as $20.00
or as much as $100.00 at a time. This Recharge amount is selected by yourself when you register for the Auto
Recharge Program.
Important:
When making gotalk Ezichat calls (Long Distance, Calls to Mobiles, International) you will hear your
recorded “Welcome... You have $xxx balance...” If this recorded message is not heard, please immediately dial
468 (Customer Service) from the gotalk Ezichat handset. Remember, no recorded
“Welcome” means you are
paying too much for the call.
