Fruit/ pickles
Observe the food during preserving. When
bubbles start to appear in the liquid in the first jars
(if you have 1 litre jars after approximately 35-45
minutes, if you have 1.5 litre jars after about
45 minutes to 1 hour), switch off the oven, but
leave the jars in the oven for 30 more minutes; for
sensitive fruit, e.g. strawberries for 15 more
minutes.
Vegetables / meat
Observe the food during preserving. When
bubbles start to appear in the liquid in the first jars
(if you have 1 litre jars after approximately 35-45
minutes, if you have 1.5 litre jars after about 45
minutes to 1 hour), set the temperature to 125 to
150°C and preserve for 20-60 more minutes.
