Remove all packaging. When removing the packaging, make sure not to damage the dryer with a
sharp object.
WARNING:
•
The appliance shall not be exhausted into a chimney, a wall, a ceiling, an attic, a crawl
space, or a concealed space of a building;
•
Only rigid or flexible metal duct shall be used for exhausting;
•
In CANADA foil-type flexible ducts that comply with the UL 2158A, shall be used;
•
In CANADA the exhaust duct shall be 102 mm in diameter;
•
Maximum duct length shall be 2.4 m and maximum number of bends shall be 4;
•
The total length of flexible metal duct shall not exceed 2.4 m;
•
The duct shall not be assembled with screws or other fastening means that extend into the
duct and catch lint.
