How to Wire the Light
1
Hold the fixture up to the secured mounting plate.
Attach the support wire hooks, attached to the
backside of the fixture, to the stamped out hanging
mounts in the mounting plate to temporarily support
the fixture for wiring.
There are 4 mounting
slots located on the
frame. Do not cover
the mounting slots
with the spring clips.
Attaching the Spring Clips
Attach the 4 spring clips, 2 on each end, anywhere from 4.5 to 8 inches from
the end of the fixture. Install the spring clips on the backside of the flat panel
frame equidistant from the ends of the frame. Carefully, push the clips down
over the top edge of the flat panel frame.
Note: The support ledge located on the longer leg of the clip should be facing
the outside of the panel.

The fixture must be properly grounded. Connect the fixture ground
wire to the ground wire in the electrical box using a wire nut.
Ground wires can be either green or bare copper. Connect the
black supply lead to the black fixture wire and the white supply
lead to the white fixture wire using wire nuts. Secure the wire nuts
properly to prevent the wires from coming loose. Use zip ties to
secure all loose fixture wires to one another in the center of the
mounting plate to keep them from getting in the way during the
mounting of the fixture. Push all excess wire back into the
electrical box.
