USING YOUR MICROWAVE OVEN
Q-DEFROST
Three quick defrost sequences are preset in the oven.
The Q-Defrost feature provides you with the quick
defrosting method for 1.0 pound frozen foods. The
oven automatically sets the defrosting time for each
food.
Example: To defrost 1lb of Poultry.

MORE/LESS
By using the More and Less functions, you can
adjust the cook time for One Touch Cook for a
longer or shorter time. Pressing More will add 10
seconds to the cooking time each time you press
it. Pressing Less will subtract 10 seconds from the
cooking time each time you press it.
Example: To adjust the One Touch (Popcorn)
cooking time for a longer time.
