Shutdown and re-commissioning
The machine can be shut down for a usual maintenance period without any additional risks. No special maintenance or
conservation work is necessary. After a shutdown, a visual inspection must be carried out before a restart.
After shutdown time longer than three months, the hydraulic fluid must be checked for suitability before restarting.

Storage
The machine must be correctly packaged during storage otherwise there is a danger of injury and damage. For longer storage
periods, measures must be taken to prevent corrosion.
Clean all external surfaces, touch up paint damage and coat places prone to rust with a thin oil film.
Check for correct storage monthly.

Dismantling and disposal
Before dismantling or disposal, the machine must be decommissioned. This must be followed by draining the hydraulic fluid and
properly disposing it.
Dismantling is to be carried out in the following order:
1.
Depressurize the system
2.
Remove the hydraulic hose connections. Ensure that hydraulic fluid contained in the hoses is caught and properly disposed of.
3.
Drain the hydraulic fluid and dispose of it properly.
4.
Disassemble the machine and dispose of the components properly.
The system disassembly and disposal must be carried out in accordance with the legal and official regulations.
